This Shipping Policy explains how Glass by Fiona ships handmade fused glass products.


1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • United Kingdom only

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Processing times will vary for bespoke items.
  • Processing times may vary during busy periods.
  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Methods

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail, or an alternative reputable UK postal service where appropriate.
  • Fragile-appropriate and tracked services are used where possible.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

4. Packaging of Fragile Items

  • All fused glass items are carefully wrapped and securely packaged.
  • Despite careful packaging, glass is inherently fragile and damage may occasionally occur in transit.

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have advised you.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


7. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
  • Confirmed lost parcels will be refunded or replaced where appropriate.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
