This Shipping Policy explains how Glass by Fiona ships handmade fused glass products.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:
- United Kingdom only
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
- Processing times will vary for bespoke items.
- Processing times may vary during busy periods.
- You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Methods
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail, or an alternative reputable UK postal service where appropriate.
- Fragile-appropriate and tracked services are used where possible.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
4. Packaging of Fragile Items
- All fused glass items are carefully wrapped and securely packaged.
- Despite careful packaging, glass is inherently fragile and damage may occasionally occur in transit.
5. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
6. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have advised you.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A refund
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
- If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
- Confirmed lost parcels will be refunded or replaced where appropriate.
8. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
