- All products sold by Glass by Fiona are handmade fused glass items.
- As items are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not faults.

4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£).
- Glass by Fiona is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the website.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
- When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- A legally binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and payment has been successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues or errors in pricing).
6. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address you provided.
7. Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos where possible.
- We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind
- For items that are not bespoke, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Glass by Fiona and must not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
