  • All products sold by Glass by Fiona are handmade fused glass items.
  • As items are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not faults.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Glass by Fiona is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the website.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • A legally binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and payment has been successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues or errors in pricing).

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos where possible.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change of Mind

  • For items that are not bespoke, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract.
